SIAPAC Services HIV&AIDS and OVC

SIAPAC has worked in the field of HIV&AIDS for over two decades, and specifically in the area of OVC for fifteen years This includes extensive attention to the historically neglected area of impact mitigation, with particular experience gained in rights advocacy for stigmatised persons and the protection of orphans and other vulnerable children.

SIAPAC has worked in HIV&AIDS as well as OVC policy, strategy and plan development and review, supported implementation of impact mitigation activities, conducted impact assessments of HIV&AIDS interventions, and the conduct of OVC situation analyses. SIAPAC has particular experience in the implementation of knowledge, attitudes, practices and behaviours surveys associated with HIV&AIDS.
