Strategic Alliances

SIAPAC has been successful in nurturing a number of Strategic Alliances not only in the Southern African Development Community Region but throughout the world, including Africa, Europe, and North America.

• As an African consultancy firm with experience throughout the continent, we have relied extensively on forming strategic alliances with competent and proven African consultancy firms. After 25 years in business, these links have proven especially resilient, and SIAPAC has been able to focus its attention on team leadership and quality control.
  
  
• Our linkages across the continent have proven of importance to external agencies, notably European consultancy firms. Over time, particularly strong relationships have been developed with firms in Germany and England, but links have also been developed and strengthened with firms in the United States and elsewhere in Europe.
  
  
• In recent years, SIAPAC’s linkages with European consultancy firms has resulted in SIAPAC being included in consultancies and proposals outside of Africa, including the middle east, the Caribbean, southern Europe, central Asia, south east Asia, and a number of countries among the commonwealth of independent states.
